Richard Majewski

Training: Bush Davis Academy from 1966-1969, RAD Solo Seal Award

Ballet career: Richard Majewski graduated in 1969. He auditioned for the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and was successful, unfortunately he was unable to get a US visa, so he joined Béjart Ballet Lausanne in Switzerland where he danced and toured the world for seven years as a Soloist. Richard left the company in 1976 and joined the Zurich Ballet, Switzerland for two years, followed by Joseph Russillo’s Paris Ballet Theatre.

Dance career: Majewski loved to teach, and he was often contracted to work in the Dance Department at the Athens College, Greece.
